Partner & Service Disclosure: Wireless services are provided by USA Mobile LLC, a licensed telecommunications carrier. Irie Wireless LLC acts as an authorized sales agent of USA Mobile LLC and does not hold independent telecom licenses.
Irie Wireless is currently a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) service. Our primary physical item is typically a SIM kit (if you choose a physical SIM). We want you to have a smooth experience, and we'll always help troubleshoot activation and service issues.
Service Plan Purchases (Prepaid)
Unless required by law, plan charges are generally non-refundable once purchased or once service has started for the billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support.
SIM Kits
- Unopened / unused SIM kits may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or activated SIMs are generally not eligible for return.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided if your return is approved.
Charge Disputes
If you believe there is an unauthorized charge, contact support promptly at support@usamobile.com.
How to Request a Return/Refund Review

- Order number
- Email/phone on the order
- Reason for request
- Photos (if relevant)
