Terms & Conditions

Service terms for Irie Wireless wireless plans and features.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Partner & Service Disclosure: Wireless services are provided by USA Mobile LLC, a licensed telecommunications carrier. Irie Wireless LLC acts as an authorized sales agent of USA Mobile LLC and does not hold independent telecom licenses.

1. Service Provider & Network

Irie Wireless LLC is an independent wireless platform that delivers mobile services through licensed telecommunications partners, including USA Mobile, LLC. Network coverage is currently provided through the AT&T network. Coverage and service quality vary. Service may not be available in all areas at all times.

2. Eligibility & Activation

Service requires a compatible device and successful activation. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain your account in good standing.

3. Plans, Renewals & Payment

Plans are generally prepaid and renewed on a monthly cycle. You authorize charges for your selected plan and any add-ons. Taxes/fees may apply.

4. Data Usage & Speeds

High-speed data is provided up to your plan's allotment. After you use your high-speed data allotment, speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle. Network management practices, congestion, and prioritization may affect speeds and performance.

5. Hotspot / Tethering

If hotspot is included, hotspot data draws from your plan's data allotment unless stated otherwise.

6. International Calling & Roaming

International calling may be included for eligible destinations. International roaming is available through add-on packages where offered. Rates and availability may change.

7. Number Porting (Keep Your Number)

To transfer a number, you must provide correct porting details (account number, transfer PIN, etc.). Do not cancel your existing service until porting is complete.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity can result in suspension or termination.

9. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or policy violations, consistent with applicable law.

10. Refunds

Unless required by law, service purchases are generally non-refundable. See Refund & Return Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Irie Wireless services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Irie Wireless LLC is an independent wireless platform. Wireless services accessed through Irie Wireless are delivered through licensed telecommunications partners, including USA Mobile, LLC. Network access, billing, and regulatory compliance for wireless service are administered by USA Mobile, LLC as the licensed carrier of record.

Taxes & Government Fees

Your bill may include federal, state, and local taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges. These charges are imposed by governmental authorities and vary based on your service address, billing address, and applicable tax jurisdiction. Taxes and government assessments are calculated in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and may change without notice.

Regulatory Cost Recovery Fees

Certain line items on your invoice may appear as Regulatory Cost Recovery Fees, Administrative Fees, Universal Service contributions, E911 fees, or similar surcharges. These charges are used to recover costs associated with government programs, regulatory compliance, network obligations, and administrative expenses related to providing wireless service. These fees are not government-mandated taxes unless explicitly labeled as such.

Universal Service Fund (USF)

Federal Universal Service Fund contributions may be assessed to support nationwide telecommunications programs, including rural connectivity, schools and libraries, and low-income assistance programs. The contribution factor is established by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and may vary quarterly.

Emergency Services (E911)

State and local governments may require wireless providers to collect 911 or E911 emergency service fees to support public safety infrastructure. These charges are remitted to the appropriate government authorities.

Tax Calculation Methodology

Taxes and surcharges are calculated based on the service address, billing address, and applicable telecommunications tax rules. Amounts may differ from estimates or advertised pricing depending on jurisdictional requirements.

Brand Relationship Disclosure

Wireless services are provided by USA Mobile LLC, a licensed telecommunications carrier. Irie Wireless LLC acts as an authorized sales agent of USA Mobile LLC and does not hold independent telecom licenses. Customer agreements and service terms are governed by Irie Wireless LLC, with wireless regulatory obligations administered by USA Mobile, LLC.

Billing Adjustments

Taxes, surcharges, and regulatory fees are subject to change in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory rulings, or carrier obligations. Adjustments may occur if taxing jurisdictions update applicable rates.

Billing Disputes

Customers must notify Irie Wireless of any billing dispute within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to notify within this period may constitute acceptance of the charges.

Terms of Service

Use of wireless service constitutes acceptance of the Irie Wireless Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, as well as the terms of USA Mobile LLC, the licensed carrier of record.

Network Disclosure

USA Mobile LLC, the licensed carrier of record, provides wireless service through agreements with nationwide network operators. Network availability, speed, and coverage may vary by location, device compatibility, and network conditions.
