Irie Wireless service is delivered through licensed telecommunications partners. Network coverage is currently provided through the AT&T network. Coverage, speeds, and service quality may vary based on location, device capability, and network conditions.
Network Management Practices
To ensure all customers have a quality experience, network management practices may be applied including:
- Data prioritization during times of network congestion
- Speed reduction after high-speed data allotment is used
- Traffic management to prevent abuse and maintain network integrity
Data Speeds
Typical download speeds on 5G range from 35-300+ Mbps where available. 4G LTE typical speeds range from 5-50 Mbps. Actual speeds may vary based on many factors including device, location, and network congestion.
After High-Speed Data
After you use your plan's high-speed data allotment, data speeds may be reduced to 128 Kbps for the remainder of the billing cycle unless you purchase additional data.
Video Streaming
Video streaming on mobile devices may be optimized to approximately 480p to help manage data usage. This may vary by plan and network conditions.
